宽频高效声波除灰器在燃气锅炉燃烧器上的应用

摘要 首钢动力厂35t/h燃气锅炉燃烧器上应用了宽频高效声波除灰器。结果表明:声波除灰器能有效地清除和抑制燃烧器烧嘴的积灰和结焦,从而延长了锅炉的运行周期,同时,除灰器运行可靠,操作维护简单,具有很好的推广应用价值。 High efficient sonic wave dusters with wide-band were used in burners of 35 t/h gas fired boilerd of the Power Plant of Capital Iron &Steel Co. The result showed that the sonic wave dusters could effectively clear away and restrain dust and agglomerating of the burners of the gas fired boilers. Therefore,operation period of the boilers was prolonged.At the same time,operation of the dusters was reliable and their maintenance was easy.The dusters had good application value.
