摘要
分析了焦化厂现有废水处理工艺存在的问题,并依据废水处理设施现状,提出三种较适用的解决方法:一是将普通生化处理技术改造为改进型A/O生物脱氮处理技术;二是新建一套催化湿式氧化处理设施,处理剩余氨水,取代蒸氨设施;三是利用烟道废气处理剩余氨水,达到一举两得的效果。
The problems in the existing process for waste water treatment of cokemaking plants are analyzed. On the basis of the present state of equipment for treatment of the waste water, three available solutions are brought forward: The first one is to change the ordinary biochemical technology to the improved A/O biological denitrogenation technology; The second one is construct a set of facilities for catalysis wet oxidation so as to process residual ammonia water and to replace the evaporation the facilities of ammonia. And the last one is to treat the residual ammonia water using flue off-gas, which achieved the effect of killing two birds with one stone.
