摘要
21世纪企业将面临非连贯性的竞争环境 ,需要通过人力资源开发与管理建立健全企业员工经济技术创新机制。本文从企业员工经济技术创新的理性分析入手 ,指出了创新的紧迫性、动力源泉、目标取向、运行核心、市场之根和竞争利器 ,并进一步探讨了企业员工经济技术创新的对策 ,即建立和完善企业创新人才开发机制 ,营造企业创新文化等。
In 21st centuries,enterprises will face non-coherent competition environment.They need set up and improve the economic and technological innovation mechanism of their staffs by way of developing and managing their human resources.In this article,we will start with the rational analyses on economic and technological innovation of enterprise staffs.Then we will point out the imminence of innovation,the impetus source of innovation,the target orientation of innovation,the operating core of innovation,the market base of innovation and the efficient instrument of competition.We will further discuss the ways of economic and technological innovation of enterprise staffs.These measures include setting up and improving the development mechanism of innovation talents of the enterprise and creating the innovation culture of the enterprise.
