“IT黑洞”现象在当今企业发展过程中很常见 ,信息技术的进步并没有使得企业获得预期的经济效益 ,如何避免企业受到“IT黑洞”的影响非常重要 ,运用企业再造战略是一种有效的方法 ,本文讨论了“IT黑洞”与企业再造之间的关系。
