摘要
从系统的总体结构、组网方式和软硬件设计等方面论述了基于WEBGIS的灌区管理信息系统的组成及工作原理，并提出了灌区信息化的解决方案。
Concerned with whole structure, mode of constituting network and design of software and hardware, the constitute and operational principle of management information system based on WEBGIS in irrigation district are expounded, and the irrigation district informatization solvent is also presented in this paper.
