摘要
聚 [(双 -甘氨酸乙酯 )膦腈 ]/聚 (丙交酯 -共 -乙交酯 )共混物是一类新型的生物降解材料 .考察了考马斯亮蓝、5 -氟尿嘧啶和炔诺酮从该共混膜中的释放情况 ,发现药物的疏水性、共混膜的载药量和厚度以及共混组成能直接影响药物的释放行为 .通过对上述因素的调节 ,可得到近恒速释放的炔诺酮控释系统 ,在植入避孕方面具有潜在的应用价值 .
Poly[bis(glycine ethyl ester)phosphazene]/poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) blends was one kind of novel biodegradable materials. The release behavior of Brilliant blue, fluorouracil and norethindrone from films was investigated. The results showed that the change of drug release behavior was attributed to several factors such as the hydrophobicity of drug, the loading amount of drug, the thickness of film and the blend composition. By adjusting these factors, the norethindrone-loaded mixing film with nearly constant release rate was suggested to apply valuably as subcutaneous implantation contraceptive.
