支撑光网络发展的光电子器件研发现状与趋势 被引量:4

State of the Art and Future Prospect in Development of Optoelectronic Devices Applied in Optical Communication Network

摘要 从密集波分复用 (DWDM)光网络的发展需求出发 ,评述了目前支撑光网络关键性光电子器件的发展现状 ,指出光器件集成芯片 ,光电子系统集成芯片 ,尤其是以Si为平台的系统集成芯片和规模化产品技术的研发是未来光电子的发展趋向。 Proceed from the consideration of the demands of the DWDM optical communication network, the state of the art in development of optoelectronic devices, which applied in the system, will be presented in this paper and also pointed out the photonic and optoelectronic integrated chips, especially Si based optoelectronic SOC chips, as well as the mass production technology are the developing trend in the future.
