清水混凝土的外观质量要求较普通混凝土高，成型后可基本上消除质量通病。通过模板设计，并在施工中采取竹胶大模板、普通钢模板表面粘贴VC板、柱子角部安装弧形木线条、模板缝之间粘贴5mm厚海绵条等技术措施，使梁柱混凝土达到清水混凝土的质量标准。
