钢制柔性接口在给水管道施工中的应用

Application of Steel Flexible Joint for Water Supply Pipeline Construction

给水管道安装采用普通铸铁管刚性接口 ,时常发生管道爆裂、漏水事故。叙述了普通铸铁管爆裂漏水的原因 ,开发试用了钢制柔性接口 ,并提出了钢制柔性接口的加工尺寸及不同形式。

The usual cast iron water pipe with rigid joints is easy to burst or leak out. In this paper the reasons that cause the leakage and burst are discussed. And the forms and sizes of the steel flexible joint are presented. This new invent could be applied for repairs of old pipe remount to avoid leakage with good effects.
