摘要
本文介绍国外一种制备PVC干混料的高效混配工艺。与常规的混料工艺相比 ,它可使现有混合设备的产量增加 70 % ,能耗减少 4 4 % ,而使用这种工艺制成的干混料挤出的窗型材质量依旧如常。
A Foreign high efficient mixing technology for compounding PVC dry blend is presented. Compared with conventional mixing, this technology results in an increase of 70% in production while in a reduction of 44% in energy consumption for the existing mixing equipment. The quality of the window profile intruded with the dry blend is still maintained as usual.
