摘要
根据我国西部地表植被向恶性方向发展 ,土地沙化面积逐年增长 ,沙尘暴日趋频繁的具体情况 ,分析了沙尘暴的成因和危害 ,因地制宜提出了五条对策 :①实行综合治理 ;②加强沙尘暴的科学研究 ;③建立健全法规 ;④增加投资力度 ;
In consideration of the deterioration of vegetation, year to year increase of desertization, and high frequencies of sandstorms in West China, the causes of formation and damages of sandstorms are analyzed, and some countermeasures are proposed, i.e.the implementation of comprehensive remediation, strengthening of scientific research on sandstorms, formulation and improvement of laws and regulations, increase of investment, and improvement of ideology.
