益肾灵颗粒对维持性血液透析患者的免疫功能及脂质过氧化作用的影响及疗效观察

Effects on Immune Function and Lipid Peroxidation and Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Yishenning Granules in Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的 :为了探讨益肾灵颗粒对维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者的临床疗效及作用机理。方法 :我们对 38例慢性肾衰竭 (CRF)维持性血液透析 (MHD)患者加用益肾灵颗粒治疗后 ,与实验对照组 30例比较 ,观察其外周血NK细胞活性、IL - 2、SOD及临床疗效。结果 :实验治疗组患者外周血NK细胞活性以及IL - 2和SOD含量升高明显 ,优于实验对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,临床疗效亦明显优于实验对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :益肾灵颗粒具有显著改善MHD患者细胞免疫功能、对抗脂质过氧化。

Objective:To study effects on immune function and lipid peroxidation and to observe the therapeutic effects of Yishenning Granules in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods: 38 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF)in combination with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)therapy were treated with Yishenning Granules,and compared with other 30 patients with CRF in combination with MHD therapy in the control group.After the treatment,the activities of the peripheral blood NK cells?IL-2?SOD and the clinical effects were evaluated.Results: The activities of the peripheral blood NK cells?IL-2 and SOD in the treated group treated with Yishenning Granules were obviously increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01)compared with the control group;the clinical therapeutic effects of the treated group were also better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Yishenning Granules have the functions of improving the functions of cellular immunity in MHD patients,antagonizing lipid peroxidation,increasing clearance of oxygen-derived free radicals,and improving clinical therapeutic effects.
