摘要 目的 观察不同浓度的 Cd Cl2 对淋巴细胞 GSH- Px的活性影响 ,并观察维生素 C对 Cd Cl2 影响的防护作用。方法 比色法。结果 Cd Cl2 使淋巴细胞 GSH- Px活性显著低于对照组。维生素 C可显著减轻 Cd Cl2 对淋巴细胞GSH- Px活性的抑制 ,这种防护作用在高浓度 Cd Cl2 时十分明显。结论  Cd对人体免疫系统的损伤可能是由于其抑制了淋巴细胞 GSH- Px的活性 ,导致自由基堆积和脂质过氧化 ,最终导致了淋巴细胞损伤和细胞凋亡 ,而维生素 C可阻断 Cd对淋巴细胞 GSH- Px的抑制 。 Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of CdCl2 on lymphocyte glutatione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities ,and to observe the protective effects of vitamin C(vit C) on lymphocytes.Method Colorimetry was carried out.Results The activity of lymphocytes GSH-Px incubated with CdCl2 was significantly lower than that of control group. Vit C could prevent lymphocytes GSH-Px from being damaged by cadmium, especially when high concentration of CdCl2 was present.Conclusion Cadmium could damage human immune system because it could inhibit lymphocyte GSH Px activity,thus leading to stacking of free radicals and excessive lipid oxidation and finally injury and apoptosis of lymphocyte,while Vit C could block the inhibition of GSH-Px by cadmium, so it was important to protect lymphocytes.
