摘要
以苎麻无性系试管苗为试验材料 ,研究了培养基组分、基因型和外植体类型等主要因素对组织培养诱导再生植株的影响 ,结果表明 :6-BA对诱导下胚轴形成愈伤组织有明显的作用 ;在 6种基因型中 ,以“细野麻”的绿芽诱导率最高 ;在叶愈伤、茎切段、离体叶片和下胚轴 4种类型外植体中 。
Taking the cloned tube plantlets of ramie as experimental materials, the influence of main factors such as the components of medium, genotype and the type of explant on the somatic embryogenesis of ramie was studied, the results indicated that 6-BA could significantly induce the callus formation from the hypocotyl; among 6 kinds of genotype, the rate of sprout induced from 'Xiyema' was the highest; among 4 types of explant (leaf callus, stem segment, isolated leaf and hypocotyl), the rate of sprout induced from hypocotyl was the highest.
