介绍了铸铁件在75～80℃进行锰盐处理的原理和工艺。特点是中温快速,槽液易于控制,铸铁件表面在磷化前预先进行调整处理,所得磷化膜具有优良的耐蚀和抗磨性能,膜厚约3μ,不影响装配。
A spcial manganese phosphating process for iron castings at 75-80℃ is introduced in the paper. The features of the technique are rapid in proccssing and easy in controlling. The coatings obtained showed both excellent corrosion and wear resistance performances.
