摘要
R&D作为跨国公司的核心能力,以往主要集中在母公司。跨国公司一改以母国为R&D中心的传统布局,根据不同东道国在人才、科技实力以及科研基础设施上的比较优势,在全球范围内有组织地布署R&D机构,从而促使跨国公司的R&D活动日益朝着国际化、全球化的方向发展。通过对跨国公司R&D国际化战略的背景、动因和特点的分析,揭示了跨国公司的R&D国际化战略对我国企业的启示及我国企业应采取的对策。
As multinational corporation' s (MNCs) competitive advantage, the capability of R&D(research and development) is key to MNCs. They always set up their R&D institute in the motherland. But now many MNCs set up their R&D oversea institutes, which shows the international trend of the R&D strategy of MNCs. The R&D Internationalization Strategy of MNCs attracted many scholars and enterprises.This paper discusses the phenomenon,its background,cause and characteristic by experimental analysis.
