摘要
以 3个普甜玉米高代稳定自交系 [甜 5、16 36M (G)和南 1]和 2个杂交组合 [甜 5×16 36M (G) ]F1、(南 1×甜 5 )F1为材料 ,研究普甜玉米种子不同收获期与发芽率之间的关系。结果表明 ,发芽率最高的收获期及其有效积温分别为 :普甜玉米自交系种子于授粉后的 2 5~ 30d ,授粉到收获有效积温为 4 2 7.4~ 5 2 8℃ ;杂交组合F1代种子于授粉后 30~ 35d ,授粉到收获有效积温为5 2 8~ 6 2 0℃。
Three stable inbreds (Tian5,1636M(G) and Nan 1) a nd two combinations (Tian5×1636M(G), and Nan 1×Tian5) of sweet corn with rece ssive sugariness gene (su 1) were used as experimental materials to study varia tion between different harvest date of seed of sweet corn (su 1) and germinatin g rates. The results showed that the germinating rates were highest when inbred seeds of sweet corn (su 1) were harvested 25~30 days after pollination or whe n effective accumulated temperature from pollination to harvest was 427.4~528℃ , and when combination seedswere harvested 30~35 days after pollination or when effective accumulated temperature was 528~620℃.
