高产小麦强势和弱势籽粒淀粉合成相关酶活性的变化 被引量:73

Dynamic Changes of Enzyme Activities Involving in Starch Synthesis in Superior and Inferior Grains of High-yield Winter Wheat

摘要 小麦强势粒中蔗糖含量在开花后 2 5d前高于弱势粒 ,花后 2 5d低于弱势粒 ;强势粒中SS(蔗糖合成酶 )、ADPGPPase(ADPG焦磷酸化酶 )、SSS(可溶性淀粉合成酶 )和GBSS(束缚态淀粉合成酶 )活性高于弱势粒。研究结果表明 ,灌浆前期淀粉合成底物的供应 ,以及SS、ADPGPPase。 Sucrose content and activities of enzymes involving in starch synthesis in the superior and the inferior grains of high yielded winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cv. Lumai22 and Lumai14 were monitored during grain filling stage. Sucrose content in the superior grains was higher than that in the inferior grains before 25 DAA (days after anthesis), while reversed during 25 DAA to maturity. The superior grains also expressed higher activities of SS (Sucrose synthase), ADPGPPase (ADP glucose pyrophospherylase), SSS (Soluble starch synthase) and GBSS (Granule bounded starch synthase) than the inferior grains. The results inferred that starch synthesis was closely related to its substrates supplying during grain filling period, and related to the activities of SS, ADPGPPase, SSS and GBSS as well.
