摘要
研究了不同浓度烯效唑 (Uniconazole ,简作S330 7)拌种对小麦苗期生长的影响。结果表明 :不同浓度烯效唑拌种对小麦有明显的壮苗作用。烯效唑处理对小麦芽鞘、叶片和叶鞘的伸长均有明显抑制作用 ,其敏感度为叶鞘 >芽鞘 >叶片 ,4叶以后控长效应明显减弱 ;经烯效唑处理的麦苗粗壮 ,叶龄增加 ,分蘖发生早而快 ,呈壮苗长相 ;且具有“控上促下”的作用 ,根数、根重均超过对照 。
The effects of different concentrations (0,5,10,20,40 mg/kg) of Uniconazlole(S3307) on wheat seedlings were studied The results were showed as follows S3307 applied to seed of wheat enhanced quality of wheat seedlings significantly Different concentrations of S3307 decreased seedling height of wheat significantly At the same time, the elongation of bud sheaths, blades and leaf sheaths of seedlings were inhibited by S3307 according to the following order of susceptibility: leaf sheath> bud sheath> blade The inhibiting effect of S3307 diminished markedly after forth leaf stage And the seedlings in S3307-treatments showed an appearance of strong seedling with increase of leaf age and tiller number S3307 inhibited growth of aerial part and promoted growth of root system The seedlings in S3307-treatments outstripped the control seedlings in root number per plant and root weight as well as in length-basis root-top ratio and weight-basis root-top ratio
