温光型两系杂交小麦MS1及其高产制种技术研究

Studies on the Thermo-photo-sensitive Two-line Hybrid Wheat MS1 and Its High-yielding Technique in Hybrid Seed Production

温光型两系杂交小麦 MS1 (C49S-89/ J-1 7)系以重庆温光型核不育小麦 C49S-89为不育系 ,用自育品系 J-1 7为恢复系组配而成的强优两系组合 ,具有丰产、稳产、适应性强、增产潜力大等特点 ,在各级试验中表现突出。采用不育系种植密度 8万 / 667m2和 2∶ 1 0行比等技术制种 ,其制种产量可达 2 2 0 kg/ 667m2以上。

MS1 (C49S 89/J 17), a thermo photo sensitive two line hybrid wheat, was a combination with strong heterosis over CK, which was from the cross by using the Chongqing thermo photo sensitive genic male sterile wheat C49S 89 as sterile line and J 17 bred by Mianyanng Institute as restorer. It was characteristic of high and stable yield, strong adaptability and big increasing yield potential. Its performance of yield in tests was very outstanding. The yield of hybrid seed production for MS1 could get more than 220 kg per 667m 2 by using the technique of the planting density of the sterile line 8×10 4 seedlings per 667m 2 and the row ratio of male to female 2∶10. It was a new two line hybrid wheat conbination with boundless prospects.
