摘要 采用电镜和组织化学法 ,研究了昆虫气管系统的超微结构。结果表明 ,昆虫气管的超微结构一般包括表皮质内膜、管壁细胞层及底膜 ;表皮质内膜由表层、上表皮层与原表皮层构成 ;上表皮层又可分为外上表皮层和内上表皮层 ,原表皮层又可分为外表皮和内表皮 ,表皮质内膜局部加厚形成螺旋丝。不同种 (目 ) ,不同组织的气管及微气管结构表现出不同程度的差异。 Using transmission electron microscopy and tissue chemical methods of the ultrastructures of the tracheal system were thoroughly studied in insect. The results showed that the ultrastructures of the tracheal system were commonly composed of the cuticular intima, the epithelium and the basement membrane. The cuticular intima were subdivided into the superficial layers, the epicuticle, the procuticle; The epicuticle consists of the outer epicuticle and the inner epicuticle; The procuticle consists of the exocuticle and the endocuticle; The taenidium were formed by thickening the cuticular intima. In the different species (or orders), the trachea and tracheole in the different tissues relatively have different ultrastructure. These structures adapt to their properties and functions.
