Study on Harvesting Date of Kiwifruit

根据猕猴桃果实成熟期间硬度逐渐下降、可溶性固形物含量上升 ,适期采收的果实软熟后可溶性固形物含量高、风味好等特点 ,对猕猴桃采收适期进行了研究。结果表明 ,秦美品种应从 1 0月上旬起、亚特从1 0月中旬起、海瓦德从 1 0月 1 5日起采收为宜 ;同一品种在不同年份采收期存在一定差异 ;

Fruit firmness decreases and solube solids content (SSC)increases gradually during mature stage of kiwifruit. Fruits harvested in suitable harvest date have nice flavor with higher SSC after ripening. Cultivar 'Qinmei'should be harvested in early October, while 'Hayward' and 'Yate'in middle of October. suitable harvest date of the same variety were different in years and growing area.
