摘要
1998~ 2 0 0 0年 ,在室内用菌毒素测定甘薯新品系 97- 10对甘薯青枯病菌和蔓割病菌抗性的同时 ,也在田间分别对两病进行自然诱发抗性测定。结果表明 ,97- 10的抗瘟力优于抗病品种华北 4 8和福建省当家品种金山 5 7、新种花 ,差异均达极显著水平 ;97- 10对蔓割病的抗性也优于抗病品种福薯 2号和福建省当家品种金山 5 7、新种花 ,差异达极显著水平。在室内和田间测定中 ,97- 10均表现出优良的抗瘟力和抗蔓割病能力 。
