摘要
介绍了蛹虫草多糖提取过程中的除蛋白杂质的方法。在提取的蛹虫草胞内、外粗多糖中 ,含有大量的杂蛋白等杂质 ,如何对杂蛋白定量和去除是纯化蛹虫草胞外多糖的关键问题。制备粗多糖后 ,通过正交试验对粗多糖除蛋白诸多因素的影响进行考察 ,得到样品 /氯仿 正丁醇的配比为1∶2 .4 ,氯仿 正丁醇的体积比为 1∶0 .2 ,萃取时间 5min为最佳 ,得到的多糖得率为 5 0 % ,除蛋白率为
In this paper, the method of protein removal in the course of extracting cordyceps militaris is described. There are a lot of protein in extracting expolysaccharide and inpolysaccharide, Ration and removing protein are important problems. Based on orthogonal experiment, we find the optimum condition for remving protein from cordyceps polysaccharide: matching of exponent/chloroform butanol, 1∶24; volume matching of chloroform butanol,is 1∶0.2; abstracting time, 5?min. Polysaccharide rate obtained is 50%, protein rate removed is 97%.
