给出方差分量估计的一个新的简化公式———多余观测分量平均匹配公式,讨论其统计性质,并通过实例验证其实用性。
This paper advances a new simplified fomula of variance components estimate,that is the one to distribute the redundant observation components to every measured value,discusses its statistical property,and proves that it is practical by a example.
