在新建铁路中 ,线路工程是铁路的重要基础设施 ,占总投资的绝大部分。树立长远观点 ,提高工程建设质量 ,才能适应线路开通后重载快速的要求 ,避免重复投资。根据近几年在新线验收过程中的实践 ,分别从标准、设计、施工。

In terms of new railway, track construction is the key infrastructure, accounting for the major part of the total investment. Only after the long\|term viewpoint is formed and the construction quality is improve, could the railway adapt the requirement of heavy\|load and rapidness and avoid the repetition investment. According to the practice during the check and acceptance of the new railways in recent years, the author puts forward the viewpoints related with standard, design, construction, and management, etc.
