摘要
根据试验结果,探讨了钻孔油泵稳流网对油泵特性的影响。试验证明,稳流网的设计有一最佳值,此时油泵的压力—流量特性可达到最理想状态。稳流网孔径越小,油泵出口压力波动越小。
The effects of stabilizing-flow net on the performances of drilling oil pump are studied according to the test results, which prove that, the design of stabilizing-flow net has an optimum value under which pressure-rate characteristics of the drilling oil pump can achieve an optimization. The smaller the diameter of the hole is, the smaller the oil pressure wave from pump outlet will be.
