This paper introduces the manufacture requirements of large scale immersed tube for Shanghai Outer Ring Tunnel Project as well as the calculation and analysis of the parameter including concrete temperature difference, temperature rise of hydration heat and segmental length, etc. The manufacture scheme was proved to be successful in the later construction.
