摘要
在换热网络的改造综合中,应用“夹点技术”设计出的初始网络与理想网络仍有偏差,需要进一步调优。本文应用人工智能技术,设计了一个正向推理的专家系统解决初始网络中的换热不均问题。本文总结专家知识和经验,建立了调优规则的知识库,并应用回溯控制策略搜索调优规则。某常减压装置原油预热换热网络改造的工程实例表明了该专家系统的有效性。
In the retrofit synthesis of Heat Exchanger Network (HEN), the initial network designed by using the 'Pinch Technology' is still needed to be adjusted to meet the ideal network. A forward reasoning expert system using the artificial intelligence is proposed to solve the evolutionary problem. In this expert system, a knowledge base (KB) on the basis of experts knowledge and experience is established, and the backtracking method is used to search the rules in the KB. The application of this expert system in a retrofit for the HEN of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation tower indicates its validity.
