毛细管气相色谱法测定防霉防蛀片剂中的有效成分

Analysis of Active Ingridients for Control of Mildew and Insect in Pharmaceutical-tablet by Capillary Gas Chromatography

本文采用毛细管柱和FID检测器测定了防霉防蛀片剂中的3个有效成分。本方法的回收率和变异系数分别为富马酸二甲酯102.6%和0.045% ,樟脑100.7%和0.0088% ,异龙脑97.6%和0.0065%。

This paper mentioned a determination of three active injridients for control of mildew and insect in pharmaceutical-bablet by HP_5 capillary column with FID detector. The RC and C.V. were 102.6% and 0.045% for dimethyl fumarate, 100.7% and 0.0088% for camphor ,97.6% and 0.0065% for DL_isoborneo respectively.
