摘要
本文将一维卷积法与奇异值渐进图(SVEP)法相结合用于重叠色谱峰的分辨。试验结果表明:利用卷积技术的识别效应,再结合SVEP法,能较好地分辨出混合体系中的各组分信息,并得出相应的选择性区间。这种集成技术不失为一种分辨重叠色谱峰的有效方法之一。
Integration of 1D - convolution and SVEP and its application to peak purity assessment is discussed. The experiment result shows that with the help of 1D - convolution, SVEP can detect a minor compound in the presence of a main one espically with no selected region. So the integration technique is one of the effective approaches in peak purity assessment.
