进口动物性饲料中沙门氏菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and Idontification of Salmonella spp. form Imported Feedstuff of Animal Origin

通过常规分离培养鉴定技术，对上海口岸２００１年１－６月份进口的动物性饲料４９８份进行了沙门氏菌的分离鉴定。结果共分离到沙门氏菌２３株，分离率为４．６２％（２３／４９８）。其中，鱼粉１６４份，阳性６份，阳性率３．６６％（６／１６４）；肉骨粉８６份，阳性１２份，阳性率为１３．９５％（１２／８６）；明虾壳２７份阳性５份，阳性率１８．５２％（５／２７）；乳清粉和饲料添加剂类２２１份，阳性０份，阳性率０％。最终对２１株沙门氏菌进行定型。

23 salmonellal strains were isolated with conventional separating and identifying technology from 498 batche of imported feedstuffs of animal origin: 6 from 164 fishmeal samples, 12 from 86 bone meal samples, 5 from 27 prawn carapace samples, and 0 from 221 whey powder and feed additive samples. The positive rates were 3.66%,13.95%, 18.52% and 0% respectively. 18 species of Wella was identified of the 21 strains by serological and biochemical tests.
