摘要
本文对含有不凝组份的苯和乙烯烷基化催化精馏过程进行了计算机模拟。以少量实验验证计算机模拟的可靠性。在得出计算机模拟结果基本可以表述催化精馏过程实际清况后,利用计算机模拟方法优选出最佳工艺条件。而后又用实验装置对所选最佳工艺条件进行验证。从而证明可利用实验与计算机模拟相结合的方法对催化精馏进行工艺条件的优选。
In this paper, catalytic distillation process of alkylation of benzene withethylene, containing no-condensation composition was simulated by computersimulation method. A few of catalytic distillation experiments were done toexamine reliability of computer simulation. The method of computer simulationwas used to choose optimum technology condition after it has been tested thatcomputer simulation could describe real operation process of the catalyticdistillation. The catalytic distillation experiment was done again under theoptimum technology condition in order to make further examination of theoptimum condition. Thus it is examined that the method of combining experimentwith computer simulation can be used to choose optimum technology condition of-catalytic distillation process.
