摘要
利用小波分析技术和信息科学原理 ,建立了机械故障诊断的 Shannon熵分析模型。对车辆变速器的故障诊断进行研究 ,将测试信号进行多层小波分解与重构 ,计算各层重构信号的 Shannon熵值及其熵和 ,并进行图形显示和分析 ,获得其运行状态特性并进行故障诊断 。
The mathematical model of Shannon entropy for machine fault diagnosis using the information theory and wavelet analysis method was explored in this paper. The fault diagnosis of a gearbox was studied with this Shannon entropy analysis method. Multi level wavelet decomposition of a gearbox vibrating signal was performed, the wavelet coefficients of each level were calculated, the signal of each level from the wavelet coefficients was reconstructed, and the Shannon entropy of each level reconstructive signal and their sum of each sample time period was estimated. The running state of a gearbox was investigated with these Shannon entropies. As a result, the fault of a gearbox was diagnosed easily. This Shannon entropy analysis method that is a new model and method of machine fault diagnosis is feasible.
