我国食品机械工业现状及其发展对策

The Current Situation and the Developing Strategy of Food Machinery Industry in China

分析了我国食品机械工业的现状以及在食品机械产品、食品机械企业、市场信息与销售渠道方面与发达国家的差距。指出实现食品机械现代化 ,必须加快各种食品加工配套设备的研制和推广 ,并且将先进的食品加工技术应用于食品机械生产中。提出了 2 1世纪食品机械工业发展的对策和措施。

In the paper the present situation of the food machinery industry in China was analysed and its developing strategy was proposed. In order to realize modernization of the food machinery, we must keep a firm grasp on the following two aspects, ① to accelerate researching and spreading all kinds of food processing equipment; ② adopting the advance technologies of food processing in the produce of the food machinery.
