摘要
用电喷雾正交飞行时间质谱仪分别研究了以α 环糊精、β 环糊精和γ 环糊精作为手性拆分剂对手性药物伪麻黄碱的分子识别效应 ,同时还分别研究了Nozzle电压的变化对α 环糊精、β 环糊精和γ 环糊精的手性识别的影响 .在质谱图中能明显反映出三种手性拆分剂都具备很强的手性识别能力 ,随Nozzle电压的改变 。
Electrospray time-of-flight mass spectrometry was employed to investigate chiral molecular recognition of pseudoephedrine using α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin and γ-cyclodextrin as chiral selectors. The effect of nozzle potential on chiral recognition of cyclodextrins was also studied. Strong chiral recognition ability of these three cyclodextrins was revealed by the mass spectra based on the protonated complexes of pseudoephedrine with cyclodextrins. It was demonstrated that these three chiral selectors possess their individual chiral recognition characteristics when nozzle potential changed.
