介绍了高硅铝合金前处理添加铝的缓蚀剂。工件不易产生黑色硅灰,无须HF-HNO_3浓液酸蚀。该工艺所获得的氧化膜抗蚀能力强,呈浅灰黄略透彩虹颜色。具有膜易干,适合大批量生产,槽液稳定,操作简便等特点。

A new oxidizing process of Aluminium alloy with high silicon content is described. Special emphasis is put on the addition of buffer solution in the course of the pretreatment. The process is characteristic of obtaining oxide film with high corrosion resistance.
