摘要
加入WTO后,人才将成为中国汽车工业竞争成败的决定因素之一。目前,我国汽车工业职工队伍存在管理人才、科技精英严重匮乏,人才结构不合理,职工整体素质不高等问题。汽车工业要制定适应WTO需要的人才战略,完善选人机制、优化用人环境、强化人员培训,培养“四高”人才。
With access of WTO, talents are one of decision factors for success or failure in China automotive industry compe- tition. At present, lack of management talents and scientific and technical picks, unreasonable personnel structure and inferior quali- ty in whole workers and staffs are appeared severely in the workers and staffs ranks in China automotive industry. Automotive in- dustry should make the talent strategy and policy which are matched with WTO requirements, perfect the person selection and promotion system, optidmize the personnel usage environment, ehance pesonnel training and foster 'Four - high talent'.
