摘要
本文简单介绍了轮胎专用三维非线性有限元分析系统,分析产生计算和试验误差的影响因素。通过对不同类型的轮胎进行计算分析,利用部分计算结果与试验结果进行对比,部分与文献结果相比较,得到了定最和定性的一致,证明该轮胎专用有限元分析系统计算精度满足工程应用的精度要求。
In this paper,a 3-D nonlinear FEA software for tyre structure analysis is described briefly. The influence factors causing discrepancy between calculation and experiments are discussed. Comparison with experimental results and some results in references indicates that the calculated results with the software meet the requirements of accuracy in engineering applications.
