摘要
往复发动机的故障诊断是较困难和热点的研究问题。本文主要针对EQ6100发动机常见部件(活塞—缸套、气门、气门挺杆、连杆轴承、曲轴轴承、活塞销与衬套)磨损故障进行了振动测试研究。在EQ6100发动机预先模拟各种故障,然后测取了在不同参数条件下的故障信号,并用时域和频域分析法进行了分析比较。通过分析,得出了各种故障诊断的特征参数及实现的方法。
Fault diagnosis of reciprocating engine is a very difficult and popular problem. Some studies on this problem are presented in this paper. The fault caused by wear in e. g. piston liner, valve, tappet, connecting rod bearing,main bearing, piston pin and bush on EQ6100 gasoline engine are diagnosed by means of vibration diagnostic machine. Time and-frequency-domain analysis methods are used to analyze fault signals under different conditions. Normal and abnormal vibration signals are compared. Parameters and implementing methods of fault diagnosis are also given.
