摘要
本文阐述了热管的结构及其工作原理,分析了热管换热器应用在汽车尾气采暖上的可行性,介绍了 热管换热器的设计流程和计算方法,设计并加工制造了针对HS663型大客车用的热管换热器,并进行了试验研 究,提出了有关热管换热器在汽车尾气采暖中应用的一些看法。
This paper described the structure and operating principle of heat-pipe. The feasibility of using heat-pipe heat exchanger in automotive heating with tail gas was analyzed and the calculation method was established. A heat-pipe heat exchanger for a HS663 large bus was designed and manufactured. Experiments for examining the performance of heat exchanger have been done. The results indicated that the benefit is obvious. Some conclusions about application of heat-pipe heat exchanger were drawn.
