摘要 为进一步研究表面增强拉曼光谱 (SERS)作为抗癌药物筛选法的可能性 ,合成了 Cu( ) ,Zn( ) ,Co( , )的 N -β-萘酚醛 - D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱甘氨酸混配金属配合物 ,并用电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱、表面增强拉曼光谱研究了它们与 DNA的相互作用 .探讨了它们与 In order to study the possibility of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy as a new method in screening anticancer agents, Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ,Ⅲ) complexes with glycine and Schiff base derived from 2 hydroxyl naphthaldehyde and d glucosamine (C 17 H 19 O 6N, NG) were synthesized. The effects of these compounds on DNA were studied with the aid of SERS spectra. Through comparation it is known that the presence of the glycine ligand lowers the NG series complexes' anticancer activities.
