摘要
采用PCR -RFLP技术 ,检测了“九五”期间四川省绵阳市种畜场大约克夏猪选育群第四世代 10 3个个体的氟烷基因型 ,摸清了Haln 基因在该群体中的分布 ,Haln 基因频率为 2 .913%。
In this thesis,PCR-RFLP (polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism)techniques were used to study the halothane genotypes of 103 Yorkshire pigs, These pigs were from the 4th selecting generation during 9th five-year plan of Mianyang Breeding farm in Sichuan. The distribution of halothane genes in the pigs was discussed. The frequency of Haln gene is 2.913%. These information are important for the selection of pigs.
