甘肃省河西驻军已婚育龄妇女紧急避孕现状调查

Investigation on the Current Situation of Emergency Contraception in Married Military Childbearing age Women in Hexi Area

目的:分析甘肃省河西走廊地区驻军已婚育龄妇女紧急避孕现状。方法:对甘肃省河西驻军2064名已婚妇女进行紧急避孕知识调查,并对资料进行统计分析。结果:避孕失败导致的意外妊娠是人工流产率高的主要原因,紧急避孕知晓率及使用率低。结论:加大紧急避孕知识的宣传力度,推广紧急避孕技术,能有效降低非意愿妊娠率和人工流产率。

Objective:To analyse emergency contraception situation of married military women in Hexi area,Gansu province. Method:2 064 married military childbearing age women were investigated,and the data collected were analysed statistically. Results; The rates of artificial abortion were high in military women. The major reason of artificial abortion was unforeseen pregnancy resulted from failed contraception. Lower proportion of women mastered and used the method of emergency contraception. Conclusion; In order to reduce the rates of unforseen pregnancy and artificial abortion,we should strengthen propagation and spread technique of emergency contraception.
