46例暴力型罪犯的中医辨证及与神经-肾上腺功能的关系

Relationship Between TCM Differentiation and Nerve-adrenal Function in 46 Cases of Violent Criminals

为探讨暴力型罪犯的生理基础 ,通过中医辨证、西医体检 ,测定肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺皮质激素含量 ,分析暴力型罪犯的中医证型与现代医学客观指标的关系。结果显示中医辨证属肝火亢盛、痰热内扰、心肝肾阴虚型 ,其生理基础为交感神经兴奋性增高 ,肾上腺髓质激素分泌增加。

To research the physiolog ical f oundation of violent criminals,the conte nts of adrenalin,noradrenaline and corti coid were tested by TCM differenti ation, western medical health examination s,and then the relationship between TCM syndro mes and objective indexes of western medicine was analyzed.T he results showed that the physiol ogical foundation had high excitability of sym pathetic nerve and increase of adr enal m edullary hormone in TCM syndromes of liv er fire exuberance,disturbance of heat phlegm and YIN deficiency of heart,liver and kidney.\;
