过敏性紫癜患者血清免疫学指标与疾病活动性的关系

Relationship between serum immunoglobulin and disease activity of patients with henock-schonlein purpura

目的 :探讨过敏性紫癜患者血清免疫球蛋白水平及其与疾病活动性的关系。方法 :测定6 5例过敏性紫癜患者及 30名正常人血清 Ig G,Ig A ,Ig M水平。结果 :过敏性紫癜患者血清 Ig A较健康对照组有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,且急性期患者 Ig A水平明显高于缓解期 ( P<0 .0 1) ;过敏性紫癜患者 Ig M明显低于健康对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ,Ig M水平与疾病活动性无相关性。结论 :过敏性紫癜患者血清 Ig A与疾病活动性密切相关 ,选择性 Ig M降低提示过敏性紫癜患者免疫缺陷的存在。

Objective:It is to observe the relationship between serum immunoglobulin (Ig) and disease activity of the patients with henock schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods: Sixty five patients with HSP and thirty healthful persons were tested the levels of serum IgG, serum IgA and serum IgM. Results: The serum IgA level of the patients with HSP was significantly different from that in the control group (P < 0.01 ). In acute phase the IgA level of the patients was higher than that in convalescence phase ( P< 0.01). The serum IgM level of the patients with HSP was lower than that in control group (P <0.01), the serum IgM level was not correlated with the disease activity ( P< 0.05). Conclusion:The IgA level of the patients with HSP has close correlation with the disease activity. The selective decrease of IgM indicates that there is immune deficiency in HSP.
