化疗泵植入术的早期并发症及防治(附112例临床分析)

Early complications associated with the placement of chemotherapy pump and its prevention and treatment

目的 探讨化疗泵植入术的早期并发症及其防治方法。方法 为 112例肿瘤病人共植入化疗泵 164个 ,动脉泵 79个 ,静脉泵 82个 ,腹腔泵 3个 ,观察植泵后的早期并发症及防治情况。结果 早期并发症率 8% ,其中皮下血肿 4例 ,皮下积液 3例 ,皮下感染 1例 ,药囊翻转 1例 ;无一例死亡。结论 化疗泵植入术的早期并发症发生率较低 。

Objective To study the early complications associated with the placement of chemotherapy pump and its prevention and treatment.Methods 164 chemothery pumps include 79 arterial pumps, 82 venous pumps and 3 celiac pumps were placed on 112 patients with tumor. Early complications and its prevention and treatment were observed.Results To the rate of early complications was 8% which included hematonia of pump pocket in 4 cases,seroma of pump pocket in 3 cases,infection of pump pocket in 1 case. No death occurred in these cases.Conclusion The rate of early complications of placement of chemotherapy pump is low and the complications can be prevented and cured.
