目的 观察肝移植治疗暴发性肝功能衰竭的效果及失败原因。方法 总结本所 17例暴发性肝衰行肝移植治疗的临床资料。结果 17例暴发性肝衰行肝移植 6例存活 1年 ,1年存活率为 3 5 .3 %。死亡原因分别为肺部感染致呼吸衰竭 6例 ,多器官衰竭 2例 ,术后胸腔大出血 1例 ,DIC 1例 ,颅内出血 1例。结论 病人术前状况决定肝移植效果 ;

Objective To investigate the effect of liver transplantation in treatment of fulminant hepatic failure (FHF) patients.Method A retrospective analysis was made for 17 FHF patients treated with liver transplantation therapy.Result The one year survival rate was 35.3%. The reasons of death were include 6 cases pulmonary infection, 3 cases hemorrhage (chest hemorrhage 1 case, DIC 1 case, intracerebral hemorrhage 1 case) and 2 cases multiple organ failure.Conclusion The outcome of liver transplantation in treatment with FHF was depended on pre-operative common condition of patients. The main cause of post-operation death was attributed to pulmonary complications.
