摘要
目的 通过实验研究探讨阻塞性肺气肿HRCT密度定量与肺功能检查间的相关性。方法 随机将 45只大白鼠中的 3 0只制成COPD模型 ,15只作为对照组。对实验动物做CT全肺扫描 ,测量两肺上、中和下三区的平均密度值。统计分析这些测量值与肺功能检查结果。结果 实验组动物的CT肺密度改变与PEF、IPSlope的变化有着较密切的相关性 ,r值分别为 0 .82和 0 .87,P值均 <0 .0 1。结论 阻塞性肺气肿HRCT密度定量能间接的反映阻塞性肺气肿的呼气阻力和呼吸肌力的变化。
Objective To investigate the correlation of quantitative CT with pulmonary functional tests (PFTs) in obstructive pulmonary emphysema (OPE) by experimental study.Methods Forty five rats were divided into two groups at random:experimental group in 30 rats were used as OPE models by expose them to 250ppm SO 2 and 15 rats were used as control group. Experimental animals were examined by HRCT scanning and PFTs for the lungs.The mean attenuations as ROI were measured in upper, middle and lower regions of the lungs.The results were statistically analyzed.Results Mean lung attenuations in OPE group were correlated well with PEF and IP slope of PFTs ( r =0.82, 0.87; P <0.01).Conclusion Quantitative HRCT can reflect indirectly the changes of PEF and IP slope of PFTs in OPE.
