后Tenon's囊下麻醉在视网膜脱离手术中的应用

Posterior sub-Tenon's anesthesia in retinal detachment surgery

目的 探讨后 Tenon's囊下麻醉在视网膜脱离手术中的麻醉效果和安全性。方法 在 41例 (4 1只眼 )裂孔性视网膜脱离手术中应用后 Tenon's囊下麻醉 ,包括 2 7例单纯巩膜扣带术和 14例玻璃体手术。结果 注射麻药 5分钟后 40例 (97.6 %)麻醉效果满意 ,无严重的麻醉并发症。结论 视网膜脱离手术可在后 Tenon's囊下麻醉下顺利完成 ,并具有起效快、操作简单、安全性高的优点。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of posterior sub-Tenon's anesthetic block during retinal detachment surgery.Methods Posterior sub-Tenon's capsule anesthesia was applied in forty-one of retinal detachment operations,including scleral buckling in twenty-seven patients and vitreous surgery in fourteen patients.Results In 40 cases(97.6%),the anesthesia was satisfactory five minutes after posterior sub-Tenon's injection.No serious complications occurred.Conclusions Retinal detachment surgery can be smoothly proceeded with posterior sub-Tenon's anesthetic block.In addition,this anesthetic technique has advantages of quickness,simplicity and safety.
